AIP-L is an electronic mailing list established to help facilitate communication amongst the
diverse constituents of Cornell's American Indian Program/ Subscribers include faculty,
students, staff and friends of the program. This list serves as a general message board for the
dissemination of announcements and information on upcoming events and activities of interest to
friends and affiliates of AIP. Anyone is welcome to join AIP-L and post messages so as they
remain civil.
So if you're interested in keeping up with AIP events and activities join the nearly 80
subscribers who have already signed up for AIP-L! Information on the list serve and instructions
on how to subscribe are provided below.
To subscribe, send a message to:
lyris@cornell.edu
Leave the subject line blank with the following in the body of the message:
subscribe AIP-L [FirstName LastName]
Example: subscribe AIP-L Chris Does
Note that the command, subscribe, comes first, followed by the name of the list(case
sensitive). Replace Chris Does with your real name. Please remove any signature lines before
sending.
To post an announcement, simply send your email message to AIP-L@cornell.edu. If sending
attachments, please include the content of the attachment in the body of your email message for
those concerned about viruses. If posting a forward message, your consideration in removing all
headers and signature lines will be greatly appreciated!
